Karma Shraddha is a slum rehabilitation project developed under the slum rehabilitation scheme by the government of Maharashtra.

This project is located at Khar West at a 5 minutes drive from Link Road. It is a Ground + 22 storey apartment having small 1 BHK flats with commercial space on the ground floor & proposed Khar Police Station on 1st & 2nd floor.

The project is close to the market and many educational institutes in the vicinity like St. Elias’s High School.
